Congratulations to all 10 SEM girls on the 2016 Cross Country team. A fine season indeed.

Leading the way was sophomore Zoe Knauss, setting a new personal best time, a new school record (20:24), earning all league honors, and for the second year in a row, qualifying for the State Federation Meet to be held in Wappinger Falls, NY on Saturday November 19.
Followed closely by senior Samantha Burlow, running a season best time (21:25) just seconds off her personal best, earning all league honors, and earning all league honors every year of her high school career.

Finishing 3rd for SEM was freshman Alyssa Anderson running a ersonal best time by 38 Seconds (22:53) her second in a row, and seventh of the season.

Finishing 4th for SEM was junior Julianna Scaccia in a time of 25:04 running just off her personal best.

Finishing 5th for SEM was junior Tessa Covello in a time of 27:40 running strong.
Finishing 6th for SEM was freshman Maggie McCulloch running a personal best time of 30:23 – her second in 2 weeks and fifth of the season.
Finishing 7th for SEM was freshman Georgia Bontempo with a time of 33:28, not far off her personal best.
Thank you to all the parents for your flexibility and support, to the girls on the team who worked hard, and to SEM for the opportunity to coach the team!
