This week LucyMarie Gaulin has updated sports and written about the girls who are interning right here at SEM. Communications interns Lisa Xiao and Chris Wu have started a blog about Chinese food in Buffalo. Find out where to eat authentic Chinese food and what to order!

Don’t miss the spring Arts Showcase on May 30 at 5:30 PM. It features the culminating projects of internships and independent studies in art and Shakespeare in 60, written and performed by Susan Drozd’s Searching for Shakespeare class.
It seems far away because we haven’t even has summer yet, but fall sports practices start 8/17 for soccer and field hockey; 8/21 for crew, cross country, golf and swimming. Physicals are required before students can practice. Link to the 2017-18 student health form here.
No school May 26 and May 29. Happy Memorial Day!
Student Recognition Day is June 1, with National Honor Society induction for juniors and the awards not given on Class Day, June 12. Both days are dress-up days, though seniors wear white on Class Day.
